Es una profesora amable y paciente que gu\u00eda a cada participante a su propio ritmo en el proceso de dibujo y los anima a conectar con sus emociones. Transmite su pasi\u00f3n por el Zentangle\u00ae a los talleres, y siempre me emociona ver qu\u00e9 patrones ha seleccionado y c\u00f3mo cada participante los incorpora en su arte. Al practicar Zentangle\u00ae, sigo asombr\u00e1ndome de c\u00f3mo peque\u00f1os \"errores\" desaparecen al verlos desde la distancia o incluso ofrecen nuevas oportunidades creativas. Como soy perfeccionista y me gusta ir al futuro, al principio la sesi\u00f3n me result\u00f3 un poco intimidante. \u201cLas sesiones de Zentangle guiadas por Ana me brindaron el espacio y el tiempo que necesitaba con urgencia para bajar el ritmo, concentrarme en m\u00ed misma, divertirme y relajarme. El programa que Ana dise\u00f1\u00f3 estaba especialmente pensado para ofrecer un descanso placentero a personas que trabajan en entornos muy exigentes y que apenas tienen tiempo para s\u00ed mismas. Las sesiones me permitieron experimentar f\u00edsicamente la sensaci\u00f3n de \"bajar el ritmo\", algo a lo que no estaba acostumbrada. Al centrar la atenci\u00f3n en cada trazo, la gu\u00eda atenta y amable de Ana me permiti\u00f3 observar mi h\u00e1bito de \"hacer\". De este modo, se cre\u00f3 un espacio para bajar el ritmo, concentrarme en las l\u00edneas, las texturas, el l\u00e1piz y estar presente.\n\nAprend\u00ed a sentirme c\u00f3moda haciendo las cosas despacio y con libertad, aceptando los \"errores\" y adapt\u00e1ndome a nuevas posibilidades.\n\nLas sesiones de Zentangle\u00ae guiadas por Ana me mostraron una nueva forma de hacer las cosas, una manera sencilla y agradable de crear a mi propio ritmo. Ana es una profesora de Zentangle\u00ae con mucho talento que crea un puente entre la t\u00e9cnica y el alumno para que este pueda explorar, comprender, crear, relajarse y disfrutar.
