curiosidad y un esp\u00edritu explorador, tambi\u00e9n siento una profunda pasi\u00f3n por el mindfulness y el arte de vivir plenamente en el momento presente.<\/p><p class=\"\"><strong>El \u201cCuando\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p>Perm\u00edteme compartirte algo\u2026 A finales de 2020, sufr\u00ed un \u00abburnout\u00bb severo: un estado de agotamiento f\u00edsico, mental y emocional causado por un periodo prolongado de estr\u00e9s. En mi camino hacia la recuperaci\u00f3n, inici\u00e9 de manera intuitiva un viaje en solitario en el que me inici\u00e9 en pr\u00e1cticas relacionadas con el yoga, el sonido, la respiraci\u00f3n y el \u00abmindfulness\u00bb (la pr\u00e1ctica de estar plenamente presente).<\/p><p>Hoy puedo decir que conectar con el momento presente me ayud\u00f3 a sanar y recuperarme del \u00abburnout\u00bb tras m\u00e1s de 3 a\u00f1os de pr\u00e1ctica consistente y constante.
