Hi there, it’s Ana here, founder of Here-and-Now Akademie.

In brief, learning and embodying contemplative practices helped me become more present and were central to my recovery. These practices allowed me to reconnect not only with my body but also with my breath and intuition. In addition, they guided me towards a more balanced and conscious way of living. Read more.

It was in 2024 when I felt the call to gather these practices together into what I now gently refer to as “Learning Pathways to Presence.” Here-and-Now Akademie offers you the space to navigate the pathways and get a glimpse of them.

Finally, I invite you to explore these pathways here. Let’s start your connection with presence, awareness, and inner balance. Let’s begin – Together.
